The role:
You'll be our first sales hire. Not one of twenty — the first one. You'll work directly with the founder, run your own outreach, and close your own deals. The playbook you build here becomes the foundation for every sales hire after you.
What you'll do:
Build and work a pipeline of recruitment agencies and enterprise HR leaders across India. Run outbound across LinkedIn, email, and phone. Book and run discovery calls. Take deals from first conversation to signed contract. Feed what you learn back into messaging and positioning.
Your first 30 days:
Learn the product inside out, as a candidate, as an interviewer, as an HR admin. Shadow every demo. Build your first prospect list of 50 agencies and HR leaders. Send your first 20 outreach messages. No pressure to close ,just the pressure to understand.
Your first 60 days:
10–15 qualified demos done. At least 2–3 pilots in motion. A clear point of view on what messaging works and what objections come up. Share it, Shape it, Roadmap it!
Your first 90 days:
First closed deals. First commission. A pipeline you own and can speak to in detail. By now you're not learning the role, you're defining it.
What we're looking for
1–2 years in sales, business development, or lead generation. Comfortable with outbound. Strong written communication, your first impression is almost always an email or a LinkedIn message. Driven by outcomes. Strong communicator, in a cold call, a demo, or a follow-up email. Comfortable starting conversations from scratch and keeping them moving.
Compensation
Month fixed pay + 10% commission on revenue from deals you source. No cap.
