Sevendyne Consultancy Services LLP works with Indian and international companies to manage payroll, statutory compliance, HR operations, and workforce enablement.

We focus on recurring payroll and workforce services, not software development or generic IT projects.


Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, IT-business–aware Business Development Executive who can visit technology companies, understand their workforce challenges, and introduce Sevendyne’s payroll and workforce services.

This is a field + relationship-driven role, not digital marketing or telecalling.


What You Will Do
  • Visit IT companies, startups, and tech-enabled businesses
  • Engage with founders, HR heads, and finance teams
  • Understand payroll, compliance, and HR operational gaps
  • Introduce Sevendyne’s payroll, workforce operations, and international payroll services
  • Build long-term client relationships and manage follow-ups
  • Work closely with the internal team for onboarding and handover

  • Who This Role Is For
    • 2–6 years experience in IT services sales, HR solutions, payroll, staffing, or B2B services
    • Comfortable meeting senior stakeholders in tech companies
    • Understands how IT companies operate (employees, consultants, CTC, compliance basics)
    • Confident communicator in English and local language
    • Self-driven and comfortable with field work

  • Who This Role Is NOT For
    • Digital marketers or SEO specialists
    • Telecallers or inside sales profiles
    • FMCG, insurance, or real estate sales backgrounds
    • Freshers without B2B exposure


    Compensation & Incentives
    • Fixed Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
    • One-time incentive for every client onboarded
    • Recurring monthly incentive (percentage of billing) for every active client you bring in
    • Your income grows as your client portfolio grows

    👉 Strong performers can earn ₹45k–₹60k+ per month over time through incentives.
