mandatory skills - SAP data entry, RFQ preparation, order tracking, and monthly reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Creation of customer master data in SAP for new customers
Preparing standard commercial working upon receipt of RFQs and submitting the same for approval prior to price submission to customers
Sales order booking in SAP
Customer order analysis and order tracking
Monitoring ZMTS (Planned Orders) and updating the confirmed order sheet upon receipt of orders
Providing regular sales order status updates to customers, including coordination with the Planning team
Monthly preparation of Export Dispatch Planning based on pending and planned sales orders
Communicating dispatch plans to customers and obtaining dispatch confirmation
Preparation and circulation of monthly stock lists to selected customers at the beginning of each month

Preferred Skill Set:

Strong communication skills

Professional email drafting for export customers

Good proficiency in Excel (data analysis)

Basic working knowledge of SAP (preferred)

Salary Range: 3 to 4.50 lakh per annum

Excellent in English speaking.
