Role: Exhibition Development Associate
Location: Guntur
Compensation: ₹5 LPA CTC

What You’ll Do:
Plan and execute jewellery exhibitions across key locations
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams
Drive on-ground marketing and customer acquisition
Ensure high conversion from walk-ins to sales
Optimize exhibition ROI and scale what works

What We’re Looking For:
Strong execution ability (you get things done, no excuses)
High ownership mindset
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel and manage on-ground operations
Prior experience in events, retail, or exhibitions is a plus
