Job Description

Machine Maintenance

What you will enjoy doing

  • Coolant maintenance, machine loading and unloading and oil quotations
  • All machine breakdown procedures, such as FC air hookups and pressure maintenance
  • Placing orders for every machine's consumable
  • Fixing issues with every machine.

Utility

  • Chiller water supply, Chiller set points, and Chiller preventive maintenance
  • Cleaning AHU filters, washing filters in water, and replacing filters.
  • AHU's RO water supply; the ON/OFF status of the generator and diesel checking
  • Verifying the battery voltage and the input voltages from the HT and LT panel.
  • Oil filtering and transformer OLTC
  • Upkeep of the UOPS and battery condition
  • Oil top-up, filter cleaning, and compressor oil changes.
  • Replacing the compressor repair kit
  • Checking leaks from machines to the receiving tank
  • Should be able to do maintenance of CNC machines (Milling, Lathe, Wirecut, Grinding etc).

Plant Maintenance

  • Shop floor temperature maintenance
  • Water leaks and PM activity in all AC assets.
  • Plumbing and PM activities for fire alarm systems
  • Releasing fire extinguishers and fire hydrants
  • Verifying the functionality of every CC camera
  • Checking the supply pipes and borewell's operational state
  • Upkeep of diesel in the diesel shop.
  • Water flooding earth trenches, power outages, and terrace leaks
  • Problems with the network and TV functionality

Safety

  • Purchase protective gear such as goggles, gloves, and eyewear.
  • Update SBO and HI data. Pasha and AMS internal audit

What makes you great

  • B. Tech Electrical/Mechatronics
  • Decent communication skills
  • Good knowledge on maintenance and Maintenance background is priority
  • Ability to work well with other departments
  • Minimum 5 – 6 years of relevant work experience
