Data Operator / Accountant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / Data Operator to support our daily accounting and data management operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on computers, handling data efficiently, and maintaining accuracy in records.

• Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel sheets and internal systems
• Assist with basic accounting tasks (invoices, entries, reconciliations)
• Maintain organized digital and physical records
• Coordinate with internal teams for data verification and updates
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all entries
• Generate basic reports using Excel

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Comfortable using computers and standard office software
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to communicate in basic English and Hindi
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Candidates must be based in Mumbai or nearby areas

• Disciplined and consistent in work
• Ability to follow processes and instructions clearly
• Responsible with data handling

Location: Mumbai (Candidates from Mumbai and nearby areas only)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
