As part of our strategic growth plan and long-term academic roadmap, we are introducing additional professional and competitive training programs including UPSC Civil Services, GATE, CAT, MAT, CA, CMA, ACCA, JEE, and NEET, further strengthening our presence in the education and skill development sector.
As part of our growth, we are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Customer Support Executives to strengthen our admissions team.
Role: Telecaller / Customer Care Executive
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to start their career in the education sector, customer service, telecalling, or admissions coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding course admissions and inquiries
- Explain course details, fee structure, schedules, and exam benefits clearly
- Provide student counselling support over phone
- Maintain proper call records, follow-up tracking, and data updates
- Coordinate with academic and admission teams for smooth processing
- Ensure professional and polite communication with students and parents
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with 75% and above (Master’s preferred)
- Must reside within 15 km radius of Tirumangalam, Madurai
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry)
- Confident in handling phone conversations
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills
- Interest in customer support, or academic counselling
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle follow-up process
Job Type: Full-time
