Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Executive Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, counseling prospective students, scheduling course demos, conducting follow-ups, and managing the sales pipeline to ensure successful conversions. The Executive Sales Representative will also contribute to building client relationships, meeting performance targets, and supporting the overall growth of the company within the EdTech sector.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship building
  • Experience in student counseling, demo scheduling, and follow-up coordination
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, reporting, and other sales-related software
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Prior experience in EdTech sales or similar industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
