Role Description The Executive Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Politics of Chandigarh. This role is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities with founders, creators, and businesses seeking brand-building and digital solutions. The Executive Sales Representative will conduct discovery meetings, present tailored proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth handover to the creative and strategy teams. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline, preparing sales materials and presentations in collaboration with the brand and content teams, and following up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. The role also involves nurturing long-term client relationships, gathering feedback from clients to inform studio offerings, and contributing to revenue growth while upholding Brandisky’s values of clarity, meaningful work, and collaborative partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong consultative sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship management.
- Ability to understand and articulate branding, design, storytelling, and digital product concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
- Experience in presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals in creative, marketing, or digital service environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confident presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and basic productivity software for reporting and pipeline management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated interest in branding, marketing, creative industries, or technology-driven products and experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a client-facing or sales role; experience in agencies, studios, or startups is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively
