Role Description

The Executive – Sales and Operations role is a full-time hybrid position based in Ahmedabad, with provisions for occasional work-from-home flexibility. This role involves managing sales operations, developing strategies to meet organizational goals, liaising with clients, planning and executing business processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The individual will be responsible for aligning operations and sales to effectively drive business growth and support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and business development experience, including client engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Operational planning and management skills, with the ability to streamline business processes for efficiency.
• Proficiency in strategic thinking and problem-solving with a focus on achieving organizational objectives.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Ability to analyze data to inform decisions and improve performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience in consulting or a related industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools is a plus.
