Job Title: Operations Executive – Pilgrimage Tours (India Pilgrimage DMC)
Location: Noida
Experience Required: 1–4 years (preferably in travel/pilgrimage operations)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage end-to-end execution of pilgrimage tours across India. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, vendor management experience, and a good understanding of pilgrimage circuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end tour operations for pilgrimage groups (FITs & GITs)
- Coordinate with hotels, transporters, guides, and local vendors
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel logistics
- Ensure smooth execution of darshan arrangements and special requests
- Prepare and share itineraries, vouchers, and operational documents
- Monitor tours in real-time and handle on-ground issues/escalations
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- Ensure cost control and adherence to budgets
- Provide timely updates to internal teams and travel partners
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in travel operations / pilgrimage tours / DMC preferred
- Good knowledge of Indian pilgrimage destinations Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, emails, and documentation
- Flexible to work beyond standard hours during peak season
