Executive Director - Tourism

Role Description

The Executive Director – Tourism will lead the development and execution of tourism-related strategies and services within Esse India, aligning them with the company’s immigration and visa consulting offerings. This full-time, on-site role is based in Abroad and involves overseeing tourism product design, partnerships with travel and hospitality providers, and integration of tourism options into client service packages. The Executive Director will manage day-to-day operations, set performance goals, monitor budgets, and drive revenue growth through tourism-focused initiatives. Responsibilities include guiding sales and marketing teams, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, and maintaining compliance with relevant travel and immigration regulations. The role also requires regular reporting to senior leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of tourism service standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Tourism and strategic planning skills, with experience designing and leading tourism programs or services.
• Candidates should possess solid Marketing and Sales skills to promote tourism offerings, build partnerships, and drive client acquisition and retention.
• Candidates should possess effective Budgeting skills to manage resources, optimize costs, and support sustainable growth of tourism initiatives.
• Candidates should possess leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor staff, coordinate cross-functional work, and make data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in tourism management, travel services, or hospitality, preferably combined with exposure to immigration or visa consulting, is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
