Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef, located in Kozhikode. The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, manage menu development, maintain high culinary standards, and ensure food quality and hygiene. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing cost-effective strategies. The Executive Chef will also lead by example, mentoring the team and fostering a culture of excellence in food preparation and presentation aligned with the hotel's standards and guest expectations.

• Excellent Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a professional kitchen, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
• Previous experience in a hospitality or luxury hotel environment is a plus
