Job Title: Executive - Business Development
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and assisting in client relationship management. This position is ideal for a motivated and enthusiastic professional with a passion for sales, a basic understanding of IT services/products, and the drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies.
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Support the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Maintain records of sales activities and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to represent the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in the IT sector).
- Basic understanding of IT products and services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong desire to grow within the sales domain.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
