play key roles in product specification.

Role Overview:

Responsible for achieving sales targets across assigned territories by driving Retail & Channel sales through retailers, distributors, dealers, sub-dealers, and influencers (builders, contractors, architects, interior designers).

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
• Develop and manage retail & channel partners
• Build strong relationships with trade and influencers
• Promote products, ensure brand visibility & merchandising
• Conduct product demos, trainings, and shop meets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution
• Ensure timely order processing, collections, and reporting
• Track market trends, competition, and customer feedback

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in Retail & Channel Sales (Building Materials preferred)
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local market dynamics
• Willingness to travel locally & upcountry
• Two-wheeler with license preferred
• Tech-savvy with basic CRM/SFA knowledge

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
