Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Sonipat. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling communication on their behalf. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, processing expense reports, and ensuring effective time management. As a trusted partner to the CEO, you will actively contribute to the smooth functioning of the executive office and support strategic initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Strong skills in Expense Reports and Diary Management
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and related organizational tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with office software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
  • Previous experience in the FMCG or food sector is a plus
