Role Description

Sharvae Healthcare & Wellness is looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to work closely with the founder and support day-to-day business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable taking ownership of multiple responsibilities. Qualifications

• Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the founder
• Coordinate internal and external communications
• Assist in documentation, presentations, and reports
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
• Assist in research, project coordination, and business tasks as required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly
• High level of reliability and attention to detail
