Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Founder Office Coordination
• Manage day-to-day communication for assigned Agents
• Track incoming queries (brands, collaborations, scripts, appearances)
• Ensure timely responses and follow-ups
• Maintain updated status sheets for all ongoing conversations



2. Internal Reporting & Visibility
• Daily updates
• New business inquiries
• Ongoing deal status
• Delays / risks / escalations
• Maintain clear trackers (live documents) for full transparency



3. Follow-ups & Closures
• Ensure no conversation goes cold
• Aggressively follow up with brands, talent, and partners
• Flag stuck deals proactively



4. Calendar & Scheduling
• Coordinate meetings, calls, shoots, and deadlines
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed in advance
• Avoid overlaps, miscommunication, or last-minute chaos



5. Content & Social Coordination
• Work with junior team handling social media
• Ensure timelines are followed and deliverables go out on time
• Double-check postings, approvals, and brand commitments
• Flag delays before they happen (not after)
