Job Description

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client in Downtown Atlanta, GA in their search for an Executive Assistant to support the President and other executive members. This is a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE position. Candidates to be considered must live in the Atlanta, GA area since 100% in-office work will be required.

Job Requirements:

MUST have 7+ years of progressive EA experience in higher education or government.
Bachelor's degree and/or certifications are preferred.
Must be skilled at heavy calendar management and complex travel arrangements.
Must be polished, professional and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Must be willing to manage a variety of office responsibilities outside of EA duties, including some evenings and weekends.
Must possess strong verbal & written communication skills to handle routine correspondence.
The ability to anticipate needs and excellent attention to detail are expected.
Excellent technical skills are REQUIRED, especially in all Microsoft Office applications, scheduling platforms and emerging AI applications.
