Digital Marketing Strategist

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist with strong expertise in social media platforms, paid advertising, and digital growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing campaigns for GCC clients and the ability to consult businesses on achieving measurable results through digital marketing.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns while collaborating with a full digital marketing team.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.

• Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Provide strategic consultation to clients on digital marketing opportunities, campaign planning, budget allocation, and expected results.

• Identify the most effective digital platforms and marketing channels based on each client’s business goals.

• Manage and guide a team including designers, content creators, ad specialists, and coordinators to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

• Develop SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.

• Prepare marketing reports and present insights and recommendations to clients.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and results-driven strategies.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.


Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a Senior Digital Marketing role.

• Strong hands-on experience with social media marketing, paid ads, and SEO.

• Proven experience handling GCC market clients and understanding regional market trends.

• Ability to consult clients on strategy, budgeting, and digital growth solutions.

• Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills.
