Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Events, Partnerships & Corporate Sales Manager to build and scale offline demand channels for Luxmi Estates across events, partnerships and corporate gifting.
This role will be responsible for generating revenue through corporate orders, partnerships and curated events, while also supporting ecommerce growth by acquiring high-quality customers and driving brand discovery.
The ideal candidate combines strong business development capability with execution excellence and an understanding of premium customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Gifting
- Develop and grow corporate gifting business across key segments
- Identify and onboard corporate clients for bulk and recurring orders
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including outreach, pitching, negotiation and closure
- Coordinate with Category and Operations teams for order execution
Partnership Development
- Build and manage partnerships with:
- Luxury hotels and hospitality groups
- Corporate offices and institutions
- Chefs, wellness brands and cultural platforms
- Ensure partnerships deliver measurable outcomes such as revenue, customer acquisition or brand visibility.
Events & Experiential Activations
- Plan and execute curated events such as:
- Tea tastings and workshops
- Pop-ups and brand showcases
- Collaborative events with partners
- Ensure events are aligned with brand positioning and designed to drive high-quality customer engagement.
Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Capture leads from events and partnerships through structured mechanisms (QR, forms, CRM integration)
- Work with CRM and D2C teams to convert leads into repeat customers
- Track post-event conversion and customer quality
Revenue & Commercial Ownership
- Own revenue targets from corporate gifting, events and partnerships
- Manage pricing and margins for bulk and custom orders
- Track profitability of events and partnerships
Who We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate sales, partnerships or events
- Experience in gifting, hospitality, premium FMCG or lifestyle sectors preferred
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage both sales and execution
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
Qualification
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.
