Role Description The Event Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of events, including planning timelines, coordinating technical and creative elements, and managing vendors and on-ground teams. The role involves translating client requirements into detailed production plans, supervising setup and teardown, ensuring all event components are delivered on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Event Production Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, resolve operational issues in real time, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance guidelines. The role also includes post-event evaluation, documentation of learnings, and continuous improvement of production processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Event Production and Production Management skills, with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess solid Event Planning and Budgeting skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in live events, corporate events, or brand activations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight timelines are important.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
