Event Producer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Event Producer with 1-2 years of experience to assist in the planning and execution of multiple events and activations. This role is suited for an individual who is passionate about event management and looking to advance their career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Event Producer in planning and coordinating various events and activations.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their event needs and objectives.
• Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors and venues, including negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
• Prepare detailed project plans and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor budgets and track expenses to maintain financial accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of events are executed seamlessly.
• Conduct site visits and assist in logistics planning, including audiovisual, decor, catering, and transportation.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients, addressing any challenges that may arise.
• Evaluate post-event performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute to innovative event strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in event management or related fields.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferred.
