Role Description

This is a full-time Event Manager position based on-site and off-site at in Pune. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing events from concept to execution. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring events meet client expectations. The role requires managing timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and delivering outstanding event experiences. Collaboration with the creative and marketing teams is also essential to align event initiatives with client branding and communication goals.

Qualifications

• Event planning, management, and coordination experience, including attention to detail and execution skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to interact with stakeholders and lead teams effectively
• Excellent budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management abilities
• Creativity in customizing event concepts and problem-solving during live events
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking to meet deadlines under tight schedules
• Familiarity with brand positioning, digital marketing, and promotional strategies is an advantage
• A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or the advertising/branding industry is a strong bonus
