Role: Event Management Intern

This is a full‑time, on‑site internship offering hands‑on exposure to the complete event lifecycle—from planning to production and post‑event review. You’ll work closely with our team to support sponsorship calling, client servicing, and event operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling and connecting with clients for sponsorship opportunities
• Assisting in event planning, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Supporting production and on‑ground execution during live events
• Preparing briefs, checklists, and post‑event reports
• Contributing to basic marketing and branding activities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
• Interest in sponsorship, event production, and marketing
• Ability to multitask in fast‑paced environments
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and flexible with working hours
• Pursuing or recently completed studies in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or Communications preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
