Role Overview

LockedIn HQ is hiring Enterprise Brand Partnership Managers to secure high-value brand partnerships and advertising agreements across sports, NIL, and athlete media.

You will sell targeted athlete micro-campaigns, subscription sponsorships, and platform-wide placements to enterprise and growth-stage brands.

This is a performance-driven revenue role with uncapped commission and a clear path to leadership and equity.


Core Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect qualified brand partners

• Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, introductions)

• Present live platform demos and partnership walkthroughs

• Secure LOIs and close paid campaigns

• Build and manage long-term brand relationships

• Maintain clean pipeline tracking and revenue reporting

• Subscription sponsorship opportunities

• Performance-based advertising with real analytics

The platform is live, scalable, and built for growth.

Compensation

25% commission on net new revenue personally closed

• Paid on collected revenue

No cap

Example:

$50,000 deal → $12,500 commission

Top performers qualify for milestone-based equity and leadership opportunities.

Ideal Background

Experience in brand partnerships, sports marketing, NIL, advertising sales, sponsorship sales, agency partnerships, or enterprise sales preferred.

Strong networks are a plus — performance matters most.
