Engineering Manager - Oracle HCM

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with strong implementation and leadership experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technical components, leading end-to-end implementations, and guiding teams to deliver scalable HR solutions.The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technical components, leading end-to-end implementations, and guiding teams to deliver scalable HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Guide teams to deliver scalable HR solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum three (3) years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of HR Technology, applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Technical).
• Hands-on experience in implementations (at least 1–2 full lifecycle).
• Experience in Fast Formula, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher.
• Experience in integrations (SOAP/REST, OIC, Web Services).
• Good understanding of HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, etc.).
• Minimum one (1) year in a technical leadership role with direct reports including coaching, mentoring and development of technical teams.
• Two (2) years of experience in Agile development practices.
• The shift timing is UK Shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
