Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Participating in employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new hires feel welcomed and informed.
• Supporting HR staff with administrative tasks, such as organizing files, updating databases, and preparing documents.
• Assisting in employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
• Collaborating with team members on various HR projects and initiatives to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Handling employee inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner to maintain a positive work environment.
