• Lead & Mentor: Grow a collaborative, inclusive team of engineers, aligning technical goals with product priorities.
• Technical Strategy: Define the architecture for large-scale React applications while ensuring performance, accessibility, and reliability.
• AI Champion: Lead the adoption of AI tools within the SDLC and embed intelligent features into the user journey to personalize education.
• Execution: Partner with Product and UX teams to deliver high-quality features while balancing technical debt and operational excellence.

What You Bring

• Experience: 12+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Tech Stack: Strong expertise in React/TypeScript and solid backend foundations (Java/Spring Boot preferred).
• Innovation: Proven track record of integrating AI-powered capabilities into SaaS applications.
• Mission: A passion for EdTech and improving educational outcomes through technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and cloud-native distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
