𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

We are hiring an Engineering Coordinator to support our Service Department. The role includes coordinating service work, handling basic documentation, and communicating with customers and the technical team.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Coordinate service requests and schedule technician visits

Maintain service records and customer data

Support in preparing service proposals and reports

Handle customer queries related to service

Follow up with workshop team for job updates

Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-ups

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

1–2 years of relevant experience

Basic knowledge of service operations

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic MS Office knowledge
