General Summary
Job Role
To provide comprehensive support in corporate governance, statutory compliance, and administrative functions for QIPL and its subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to the Companies Act, 2013 and internal governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory Compliance & Filings - Assist in preparation and timely filing of statutory returns and forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and corporate documentation. Support annual filings, event-based filings, and compliance monitoring for QIPL and group entities. Board & Committee Support - Prepare agendas, notices, and minutes for Board Meetings, AGMs, and EGMs. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including scheduling and distribution of documents to the Board. Maintain records of resolutions and ensure proper execution and certification where required. Corporate Governance & Advisory - Assist in implementing governance best practices and compliance frameworks. Support preparation of Directors’ reports, CSR reports and disclosures. Liaise with auditors and regulators for compliance reviews and audits. Entity Management & Restructuring - Assist in documentation for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring projects. Administrative & Support Functions - Handle correspondence with stakeholders, regulators, and internal teams. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and filings.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate in Law, Commerce, or Business Administration.
Experience
ICSI qualification (Company Secretary) or CS Executive preferred.
1–3 years in corporate secretarial or compliance roles, preferably in a multinational or large corporate environment.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and corporate governance norms.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Soft Skills
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and high level of integrity.
