This is an on-site, full-time role for an Engagement Manager, based in Rajkot. The Engagement Manager will lead client engagements and manage cross-functional projects to solve complex business challenges. Responsibilities include designing and implementing strategic and operational frameworks, managing project timelines, liaising with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the delivery of measurable, actionable results. The role requires an ability to engage with senior stakeholders, mentor team members, and ensure the successful execution of client-driven solutions.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed strategic decisions.
• Experience in Program Management and Project Management to oversee end-to-end delivery of client projects.
• Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to interact with clients, build relationships, and provide expert insights.
• Ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in strategic frameworks and problem-solving methodologies is preferred.
• Proven track record of handling multiple projects with measurable success.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous.
