Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of technology-driven projects, ensuring delivery within deﬁned timelines and budgets.
Address complex technical challenges and proactively mitigate risks to ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum designers, trainers, and industry partners, to align technology goals with ASE’s skill development objectives.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.
Drive process improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and leveraging advanced technologies to enhance operational eﬃciency.
Engage with OEMs, vendors, and technology partners to evaluate, build, integrate, and support scalable and sustainable solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure for software development and deployment, ensuring robust and secure platforms.
Ensure the integration of digital tools and platforms that enhance the delivery and monitoring of skill development programs.
Support the development of data-driven insights to measure the impact of training programs and inform strategic decision-making.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within ASE’s operations.

Qualifications

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Advanced certiﬁcations or postgraduate qualiﬁcations in technology management or related ﬁelds are preferred.

Years & Type Of Experience

Minimum 12-15 years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in managing large-scale technology projects.
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.
