Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive based in Delhi, India. The Ecommerce Executive will handle daily account management tasks, drive sales strategies, manage promotional activities, and oversee marketplace operations. The role involves analyzing performance data to optimize business outcomes, coordinating with various teams, and providing excellent service to clients. The individual will also be responsible for team management and ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders to drive success.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and propose actionable strategies
• Experience in Account Management, including overseeing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on planning and executing strategies to achieve targets
• Team Management skills to guide and coordinate team members for achieving business goals effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Prior experience in e-commerce or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
