Ecommerce & Logistics Manager

Type: Full-time (flexibility required during peak periods)

Oceanus  is a fast-growing luxury fashion brand with a global presence, operating across multiple fulfilment locations. We manage both ready stock and ongoing production, and we’re looking for someone to support operations end-to-end

This role sits at the core of our operations — covering Shopify, logistics, and factory coordination. You’ll ensure smooth order flow, accurate inventory, and clear communication between fulfilment centres, factories, and the internal team.

Shopify & Orders

• Manage and process orders via Shopify
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
• Handle order edits, cancellations, and updates

Logistics & Fulfilment

• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Ensure all customers receive accurate tracking
• Coordinate with fulfilment centres
• Help clear backlogs and prioritise urgent orders

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels across locations
• Regularly reconcile inventory between Shopify and warehouses

Factory Coordination

• Liaise directly with factories on production updates
• Track production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate delays or issues early to the team
• Align incoming production with fulfilment needs
• Support with production planning and order allocation

Customer & Reviews Support

• Assist with order-related customer queries
• Monitor platforms like Trustpilot
• Ensure delivery proof is available for any disputes

• Strong experience with Shopify (essential)
• Experience in logistics and/or factory coordination
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Calm under pressure with a solutions-first mindset
• Clear, professional communication
• Proactive and accountable — takes ownership of tasks

• Able to manage multiple moving parts daily
• Communicates clearly with both internal team and external partners
