Key Responsibilities

Oversee all operational aspects of the business unit, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal departments.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across products, services, and processes.

Report regularly on business performance to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for future growth.
