Job Title: E-Commerce Manager (Amazon Specialist)
Location: Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh | Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a highly competent E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our online sales channels. Amazon will be your main focus. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of our Seller Central account, including listing optimization, aggressive PPC management, and inventory planning.
Simultaneously, you will manage and grow our presence on other platforms like Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa to diversify our revenue stream.
Note: This is a senior-level role requiring a proven track record. Freshers or entry-level candidates will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon Account Management
- Listing Optimization: Create and optimize high-converting product listings with keyword-rich titles, bullets, descriptions, and A+ Content to maximize organic ranking.
- PPC & Advertising: Manage and scale Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display). You must be able to lower ACOS while scaling revenue.
- SEO & Keywords: Conduct deep keyword research using tools to stay ahead of competitors.
- Account Health: Monitor Account Health, manage cases with Amazon Support, and ensure compliance with all policies to avoid suspension risks.
- Inventory Management: Forecast sales velocity to plan FBA shipments and prevent stock-outs or overstock fees.
2. Multi-Channel Growth
- Oversee operations on secondary sales channels (e.g., Flipkart, Myntra, ETSY, etc.).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and pricing strategy across all platforms.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities for brand expansion.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs (Traffic, Conversion Rate, Sessions, ROAS, Margins).
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance with actionable insights.
- Monitor competitor pricing and marketing strategies.
Requirements (Who We Are Looking For)
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (preferably for a Home/Lifestyle brand).
- Proven Track Record: You must be able to demonstrate how you grew sales for previous brands.
- Tool Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Tools and Excel.
- Advertising Expertise: Deep understanding of Amazon PPC strategies and bid management.
- Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot suppressed listings, IP claims, and logistical issues independently.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
