WHO WE ARE

We are a fast-growing consumer brand scaling aggressively across India's digital commerce ecosystem. Our products are live and selling on Amazon, Flipkart, and the leading quick commerce platforms — and we're just getting started. To fuel our next phase of growth, we need an ownership-driven E-Commerce Manager who can run our marketplace business end-to-end.

This is not a support role. You will own the numbers, drive strategy, and build the systems that help us win online.


THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As our E-Commerce Manager, you will be the single point of contact for all marketplace and quick commerce channels. You will manage everything from listings and inventory to advertising and P&L — while collaborating internally with supply chain, marketing, and finance to keep the engine running smoothly.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketplace & Platform Management

  • Own day-to-day operations across Amazon India, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other emerging quick commerce platforms
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all platform account managers and partner teams
  • Ensure brand presence, content quality, and catalogue health are maintained across all channels


Listings & Catalogue

  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings — titles, descriptions, bullet points, A+ content, and images
  • Conduct regular catalogue audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and discoverability
  • Monitor and manage Buy Box performance, pricing competitiveness, and seller health metrics


Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Plan and manage inventory replenishment to avoid stockouts and overstock situations
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams for timely dispatches to FBA/FBF and quick commerce dark stores
  • Track inbound shipments, inventory ageing, and platform-level stock health dashboards


Advertising & Promotions

  • Plan and execute sponsored ads campaigns on Amazon (SP, SB, SD) and Flipkart Ads
  • Manage promotional calendars including deals, coupons, sale events (Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, etc.)
  • Optimize ACoS/RoAS and overall advertising efficiency to drive profitable growth


P&L Ownership & Reporting

  • Own the channel-level P&L across all e-commerce platforms — tracking revenue, margins, returns, and platform fees
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards with insights and action plans
  • Identify cost leakages (returns, penalties, commissions) and drive corrective measures


Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align online campaigns, creatives, and product launches
  • Coordinate with finance for platform reconciliations, payouts, and deductions management
  • Liaise with the product and brand team to ensure new launches are executed seamlessly on all channels


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of hands-on e-commerce experience in a brand or seller setup
  • Demonstrated ownership of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
  • Experience managing Flipkart Seller Hub and/or quick commerce onboarding
  • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ranking, and ad platforms
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for MIS and P&L tracking
  • Experience handling inventory planning and forecasting

  • Experience with quick commerce onboarding (Blinkit / Zepto / Swiggy Instamart) from scratch
  • Exposure to D2C brand operations or startup environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Unicommerce, Increff, or similar OMS/WMS platforms
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles applied to marketplace listings
