Roles & Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and other eCommerce platforms.
* Create, manage, and optimize product catalogues and listings.
* Handle catalogue creation, variation management, bulk uploads, and listing issue resolution.
* Manage inventory, pricing, order processing, and marketplace health.
* Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to improve sales, ROAS, and ACOS.
* Monitor campaign performance, keywords, bids, and advertising budgets.
* Analyze sales and advertising reports to identify growth opportunities.
* Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.
* Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

* 1+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce marketplace management.
* Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon SPP (Solution Provider Portal).
* Proven expertise in Catalogue Creation & Management.
* Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display).
* Experience with Shopify, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Seller Panel.
* Strong understanding of Marketplace SEO, product listing optimization, and keyword research.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, Canva, and AI productivity tools.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
