About the Role

This is for a disruptor with a passion for consuming coffee and creating content.

Our client is @informalshaurmal — India's first specialty coffee content creator. YouTube, Substack, LinkedIn, IG. Active brand deals, affiliate programs, and a growing client pipeline.

The One Person Company member is looking for someone to take over content operations—scripts, thumbnails, uploads, and repurposing—so I can focus on consultations and branded billings.

You start as an intern. You prove yourself, and you own the pipeline.

Pay structure: unpaid base.

Every paid brand deal tied to content you contributed to, you get a cut per piece — when the client pays us, you get paid. Transparent, no surprises.

What You'll Do

• Write scripts and outlines for YouTube (10–20 min) using AI
• Design thumbnails to drive CTR (Canva or Photoshop)
• Repurpose every long-form piece into Reels captions, LinkedIn posts, email blurbs, carousels
• Upload and optimise videos (title, description, tags, chapters, thumbnail)
• Affiliate revenue: repurpose existing content into Amazon-optimised formats — product-led YouTube descriptions, affiliate link placements, product roundup posts, and email sequences that drive clicks and commissions
• Maintain and update Amazon affiliate links across all published content (YouTube descriptions, Substack, LinkedIn)
• Identify new Amazon products to feature based on channel topics (coffee gear, travel essentials)
• Track affiliate clicks and commission data — flag what's converting, cut what isn't
• Manage the content calendar and idea vault
• Track views, CTR, watch time, and affiliate revenue — and iterate

Tools You Need to Know

• AI: ChatGPT, Claude (for scripting, repurposing, research)
• Design: Canva (minimum), Photoshop/Lightroom a bonus
• Video: FCP X, CapCut or Premiere for basic edits/subtitle drops
• Productivity: Google Drive, Google Sheets
• YouTube: YouTube Studio (upload, analytics, A/B thumbnail testing), Unlisted Videos, Sharing with Vendors and ensuring no content gets deleted
• Affiliate: Amazon Associates dashboard, UpPromote (bonus: Shopify Collabs, Passionfroot)

Basic Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated (any field)
• Have used AI tools to produce actual publishable content — not just experiments
• Can design a YouTube thumbnail that gets clicked
• Fast, async-friendly, and doesn't need daily hand-holding
• India-based preferred (for timezone). Remote-first.
• 15–20 hrs/week availability
