Job Description – Drayage Executive (Day/Night Shift)

Shift: Night Shift
Work Mode: Office Based (No Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle 24/7 customer service operations during night shifts.

Coordinate and manage drayage/trucking operations.

Communicate with customers and drivers for shipment updates and issue resolution.

Manage and monitor the company’s own trucking fleet in the USA.

Maintain operational updates through emails and systems.

Requirements:
Excellent spoken English communication skills.

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Strong computer knowledge (MS Office & Outlook).

Comfortable working in night shifts.

Multilingual knowledge will be an added advantage.
