Responsibilities :-

1) Analyze construction plans and specification.

2) Proficiency in Doors & Hardware & RR accessories Knowledge.

3) Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.

4) Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates.

5) Perform quantity take-off’s and prepare detailed cost estimates.

6) Participate in project meeting with US clients.

7) Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines.

8) Responsible for RFI,PO,PI,PCO and submittal process.

9) Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues

10) Proficiency in Estimation software like OST, Stack, Bluebeam, plan swift, Logikal or other similar software's.

11) immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications :-

1) Bachelor's or master degree in Civil, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent experience.

2) Solid Understanding of doors & Hardware Estimation principles.

3) Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans.

3) 3 - 4 years' of construction experience preferred.

4) Strong communication skills preferred.
