We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Domestic Travel Sales Agent to join our team in Gurgaon. You will be responsible for designing and selling customized domestic holiday packages, providing expert travel advice, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Sales: Understand client requirements and offer tailored domestic holiday packages (e.g., Himachal, Kashmir, Kerala, Goa, Uttarakhand, North East).

Key Responsibilities
Consultative Sales: Understand client requirements and offer tailored domestic holiday packages (e.g., Himachal, Kashmir, Kerala, Goa, Uttarakhand, North East).
- Itinerary Design: Create detailed, cost-effective, and attractive travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing.
- End-to-End Booking: Manage the entire sales lifecyclefrom lead generation and follow-up to payment collection and final voucher issuance.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with hotels, transporters, and DMCs to negotiate the best rates and confirm bookings.
- Query Resolution: Handle traveler queries during their trip to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through active lead conversion.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in Domestic Holiday Sales (B2C or B2B).
- Geography Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Indian tourist destinations, peak seasons, and popular circuits.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and travel booking portals. Experience with GDS (Amadeus/Galileo) is a plus.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi; ability to build rapport over the phone is essential.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
