Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Director of Customer Success. In this role, you will lead the Customer Success team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, foster long-term customer retention, and drive overall account success. Daily responsibilities include guiding account management strategies, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting a culture of proactive client engagement. The Director will also focus on optimizing processes to deliver outstanding results for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership and mentoring for professional growth
  • Strong understanding of delivering exceptional Customer Experience
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into actionable customer success strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology or blockchain systems is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree is preferred
