Rocket Power is building large-scale clean energy solutions for industries looking to reduce power costs, secure long-term energy stability, and move towards smarter power consumption.

We are looking for a driven, field-oriented Business Development professional who can open and close industrial solar power park / captive power opportunities across Rajkot, Morbi, Jamnagar and nearby industrial clusters.

• Driving business development for captives / group captive / solar power park solutions
• Building relationships with industrial clients, factory owners, promoters, CFOs and plant heads
• Generating leads, conducting meetings, understanding client power requirements and presenting the right energy solution
• Working closely with internal technical and commercial teams for feasibility, proposals and closure
• Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to commercial closure

• 3–8 years of B2B sales / business development experience
• Prior experience in solar, captive power, open access, EPC, electrical or industrial solution sales preferred
• Strong network in Rajkot / Morbi industrial ecosystem will be a major advantage
• Comfortable with field sales, industrial meetings and commercial negotiations
• Someone with strong ownership, relationship-building ability and a genuine hunger to close deals
