Company Description ARCHISTRY is a boutique multidisciplinary design practice based in New Town, Kolkata, specializing in architecture, interior design, urban design, and healthcare/medical institutional design. The studio is a young, ambitious practice backed by the Principal Architect’s 20+ years of diverse professional experience. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Diploma Architect role based in Kolkata. The Diploma Architect will support architectural and interior design projects, prepare drawings and 3D models, and assist in design development and detailing. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, contributing to statutory approval documentation, and helping manage project timelines and deliverables. The role involves site visits, documentation of progress, and collaboration with the Principal Architect and project team from concept through completion. The Diploma Architect is expected to maintain high standards of accuracy, follow office protocols, and actively participate in reviews and design discussions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institute; additional interior design knowledge is beneficial.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Architecture/Interior Design projects.

Profile:

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and details.
• Understanding of Integration and Project Management to coordinate inputs from consultants and support project schedules.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D modelling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp,) and basic knowledge of graphic presentation tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, collaborate within a small team, and communicate clearly with mentors, consultants, and clients.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and interest in healthcare and institutional design will be highly regarded.
