Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dining Room Manager at Cincinnati Country Club, located in Cincinnati, OH. The Dining Room Manager will oversee the daily operations of the dining area, ensure exceptional service, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating training programs, supervising food and beverage service, addressing member needs promptly, and supporting a welcoming and professional environment for both members and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building positive member interactions and delivering exceptional hospitality
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including menu understanding and ensuring quality
• Experience in Training staff to uphold service excellence and operational standards
• Familiarity with Cooking or ensuring proper food presentation and quality is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Previous experience in a private club or similar upscale dining environment is preferred
