Role Description The Restaurant Manager role at Perfect Digital HR is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, floor supervision, and coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and delivering consistent, customer-focused service. The Restaurant Manager will handle customer feedback and service recovery, manage hiring and onboarding of team members, and monitor performance to support customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory and supplies, supporting cost control, and collaborating with leadership on promotional activities and operational improvements.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities.
  • Experience with Hiring and team management in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Effective Communication skills for coordinating staff, engaging guests, and resolving issues.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, quality standards, and basic hygiene regulations.
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, or similar hospitality leadership role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, handle pressure, and meet operational targets.
