This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Solution Expert located in Haridwar. The Digital Solution Expert will work closely with stakeholders to provide consulting services, implement innovative digital solutions, and optimize digital strategies. Tasks include conducting detailed analyses, addressing customer inquiries, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting sales efforts for digital infrastructure solutions.

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in Consulting and providing strategic recommendations for digital solution implementations
• Expertise in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and resolve technical queries effectively
• Skills in Sales with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to digital solution offerings
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-changing environments
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in infrastructure or technology sectors is an advantage
