Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Optimize paid campaigns through continuous A/B testing, bid adjustments, keyword optimization, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate insights to improve campaign efficiency and conversion rates.
- Manage budgets effectively across channels to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
- Track and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.
- Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
- 3-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, including search, display, remarketing, and video campaigns.
- Strong experience managing Facebook Ads and Meta Ads campaigns including audience targeting, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling paid campaigns and improving marketing ROI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, ad reporting dashboards, and attribution models.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), marketing funnels, and customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with SEO, landing page optimization, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
